Refund policy

Returns are accepted up to a period of 30 days after the purchase of an item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the item back to the store for returns using our preferred shipping company. Deduction of 20% restocking fees applies. Iconic Furniture will at the time of receiving the item back has the right to make the decision whether to accept or reject the return, this is based on satisfactory condition of the item as determined by Iconic Furniture.
