DELIVERY
Iconic Furniture offers three different delivery options to choose from. Delivery option must be selected at time of purchase. Delivery upgrades/downgrades must be made 24hours before scheduled delivery.

Option 1: FREE Pick–up from ICONIC FURNITURE
Option 2: Essential Delivery includes delivery of items into the room(s) of choice. When your goods are ready for collection, an ICONIC FURNITURE representative will contact you to arrange a suitable date & time for pick-up. Our store is located at 1272 Eglinton Avenue East, Mississauga.
*Set-up and packaging removal not included.
Option 3: Premium Delivery includes delivery of items into the room(s) of choice & complete set-up of furniture & packaging removal and disposal
- Delivery upgrades/downgrades (made 24hours before scheduled delivery).
Prior to Delivery
- Prior to placing an order with us, customers must check the measurement of any entryways and/or rooms to ensure the furniture will fit.
- If an item does not fit, the delivery fee will not be refunded. All items will still be subject to ICONIC FURNITURE’S return policy. A delivery fee applies to items scheduled for re-delivery.
Upon Delivery
- Customers must sign an acceptance form at the time of delivery/pick up, confirming all items are free of damage or defects.
- Customers must inform our friendly delivery team of damaged items in order to expedite a solution immediately.
A Few Things to Remember
- Please ensure spaces are ready for placement of new items. Existing furniture will not be moved to accommodate new items.
- Please ensure removal/security of any items that are at risk of being damaged (mirrors, paintings, wall hangings, low-hanging light fixtures etc.)
